ALS is committed to implementing and maintaining a document quality system. This commitment includes ensuring that the costumer, regulatory and legal requirements are understood and appropriately addressed, the quality and safety policy is understood and implemented at all levels of organization, quality objectives and plans are established as necessary and that the responsibilities of all functions affecting quality and safety are clearly defined.
To promote quality, reliability and safety and prevent error through human factors we will:
* Ensure the competence of our personnel by qualification, experience and training * Define clear policies and instructions * Use and maintain suitable tools and equipment * Employ error proofing methods
We will endeavor to provide a clean, safe and healthful working environment for all employees and visitors. Employees have a duty to take reasonable care for their own health and safety, for that of other people who may be affected by their acts or omissions and for the environment.
Employees are encouraged to report any quality or safety related incidents or issues arising during flight operations or maintenance work. It is a duty of all employees to comply with the business management system process, quality standards and regulations and to assist with regulatory auditors in an open manner. |
