External Load is a service where the chopper can be fitted with a cargo hook for those bulky, hard to lift loads. Emergency Medical Evacuations is all about saving a life and speed is paramount; our spacious helicopter is equipped for evacuation emergencies to bring specialized medical attention when needed. ALS has been working in this field in conjunction with different international insurance and Medical-cover Companies such as AAR, AMREF. ALS helicopters are also equiped for filming and have been used to cover the Safari Rally, survival series and the wildebeest crossing over the Mara River.
